Looks like LexisNexis may be the first out of the gate as they have instituted RSS on their website for a number of their areas including Butterworths. Looks pretty good so far and they seem to have added quite a few feeds. Just go to their homepage and you'll see an XML link that will take you to a list of their feeds.

Awesome report, Connie. You just nicely put in one place the rumblings that have been going on lately on this topic. Can't wait for a publisher to make this their "dint on the head". Who will it be? For a while I've been thinking they must be working on this but, how hard can it be?
