Most of these legal concerns link to current legislative provision, sourced from CCOHS, a federal agency that provided legislative text on environmental laws and regulations. You are quite right, however, that we do not link to judgements. Lastly, as for the timeliness of our content, everything is up to date unless otherwise indicated.
