What is obvious in legislation passed recently becomes increasingly difficult to trace going forward. Trying to sort out what happened in legislation even just 10 years ago can be a nightmare. Indices are so essential.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m actually quite serious in my feelings on the canceling of the Table, I think it is a very bad move, which I&#039;m tempted to go on about, but will refrain from here, I had hoped that a chorus might form, but I seem to be a single voice.  Anyone?  Bueller?</description>
