About Dale Barrie

Dale is the Director of Alberta Law Libraries (ALL), a provincial network of libraries who provide services to the legal community (including the Judiciary, Members of the Bar, Crown Prosecutors and Justice Department Employees), self-represented litigants and the public. Dale has worked with ALL in a series of different roles since 2009. He takes a particular interest in considering the World Wide Web (the latest in a series of major information breakthroughs) the resulting "information hall of mirrors" it has created, and its impact on information seeking behaviours, attitudes towards information access and on the role of the information professional.
