Berkman X 2

Two items of interest from Harvard’s Berkman Center:

  • Bloggership: How Blogs Are Transforming Legal Scholarship,” a conference to be held April 28 in Cambridge. As you might imagine, if you’re familiar with the U.S. blawgs, there’s a real emphasis in the program on the law professor blogs. There may be podcasts.
  • The Filter: Special In-depth Edition: “Google v. DOJ — What’s left to talk about”. Simon Chester has posted about this on Slaw a few times, so it’s interesting to see what the folks at Berkman have to say about the significance of Google’s handing over search records to the the U.S. Department of Justice, as they did on April 3. It’s conceivable that some of your searches are now under scrutiny, albeit anonymously.
