    He articulates an interesting aspect to what you’ve captioned your post, John. That is, “A society where people know they’re always being watched, is a society that will breed conformity.” … and that surveillance leads to people making choices that they believe the (authorities) demand of them. Surveillance is a means to suppress creativity, dissent.
