Billie Blaine has been the Librarian of the Florida Supreme Court for almost 14 years. She previously worked at the Furman Smith Law Library (Mercer University School of Law), in Macon, Georgia, and at the Schmid Law Library (Nebraska College of Law), in Lincoln, Nebraska.
