About Alastair Clarke

Alastair Clarke is the Founder of Clarke Immigration Law, a full-service legal firm based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Called the Bar in Ontario (2008) and Manitoba (2013), he has practiced for both private firms and in the public sector. In Toronto, he taught immigration and refugee law at Seneca College and he currently gives regular guest lectures at the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Law. He has lived in 20 cities on 4 continents and provides services in French, Spanish and Japanese.

Aside from his practice, Alastair serves as a Presiding Chair of the Cooperative Housing Appeal Tribunal (Manitoba), and as a Board Member for the John Howard Society.
