Brian Maude practiced law in Calgary, Alberta before coming back to Moncton in 1999. He founded MaudeLaw in 2003. Brian has given the Landlord & Tenant law section of the New Brunswick Bar Admission Course for a number of years, has spoken on advocacy at the Université de Moncton Faculty of Law, taught Commercial Law at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, and given seminars on technology for the Canadian Bar Association. Brian was appointed an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of New Brunswick in September 2007. He currently chairs the Law Practice Management and Technology section of the New Brunswick branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
