Erik Mazzone is the Principal of Mazzone Works LLC, a law practice management advisory helping individual and institutional clients. He’s a sought-after speaker, writer, and teacher on issues of law firm management and legal technology. Erik has worked in and around the law for his entire career, from file clerk for a solo practitioner to managing partner to law professor. Prior to forming Mazzone Works, he was the Founding Director of the Center for Practice Management at the North Carolina Bar Association.
