Slaw has started to compile information on the judgments of Mr. Justice Cromwell as a member of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
Set out below, as an initial example, are most if not all of decisions from that Court from 2008 where Mr. Justice Cromwell wrote the reasons. From this list, it would appear he has been involved in hearings covering a fairly wide range of legal topics, ranging from
family law to contract law, with the bulk of his decisions involving workers’
compensation issues.
