About Martin Kratz
Martin Kratz is a professor, author and retired senior technology and intellectual property lawyer. Martin was a leading technology and intellectual property lawyer and led the intellectual property and technology practices for Bennett Jones LLP. Martin is the co-director of Osgoode Hall Law School's Intellectual Property LLM program and teaches the IP Transactions course and other courses in that program. Martin has written 20 books, 19 chapters and over 450 articles on various topics involving intellectual property, technology law or on related topics including the following books as sole or co-author: Canadian Intellectual Property Law, 2020 3rd Ed.; The Business of Innovation - Intellectual Property Transactions and Strategies in the New Economy, 2016; Canadian Anti-Spam Law, 2014, and Canadian Internet Law, 2013.
