I just noticed the Supreme Court Zeitgeist (the judgejohnroberts site) is pulling up from Slaw. My post from earlier today “Copyright Case being Re-heard” has pulled up on their blog page. Apparently it doesn’t distinguish between the U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Canada since it uses automated searches to pull up results.
