Since 1995 Susan has worked with dozens of law firms and thousands of lawyers across Canada. She has led small and large-scaled legal marketing projects including solo practitioner and 700-lawyer firm websites, the public relations of a domestic and an international merger of law firms, law firm name change and rebranding, strategic planning, online content marketing, advertising, and media relations. Susan was a founding board member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), Vancouver, served two terms as president (2008, 2009) and was the only Canadian on its international board in 2010. Susan writes for many legal management publications and speaks to organizations including the CBA, Osgoode Hall Law School, LMA Vancouver, BCLMA, MediateBC, the Pacific Legal Technology Conference and others.
