Susan Van Dyke is a law firm management consultant who has spent more than three decades working with law firm leaders on the practical realities of running and growing firms — from strategy and marketing to training, associate development, recruitment and retention. Over the years, she has seen firsthand how often new lawyers struggle not because they lack ability, but because expectations inside firms are rarely made explicit. She is the founder of Lawyer Launcher, a division of Van Dyke Marketing, that is focused on helping law students and junior lawyers understand how law firms actually work. Through practical resources and the Lawyer Launcher - Behind the Bar podcast, Susan aims to make the early years of practice just a little easier and way more successful for students and their firms.
