Google Librarian Center

And while I’m on about Google [see prior post], this via Research Buzz: Google has created the Librarian Center, currently a page that, in their words, “is a first step toward improving and expanding [the] supportâ€? for librarians, who, together with Google, “share a mission: to organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.â€?

At the moment it only has an invitation to subscribe to a quarterly Google Librarians Newsletter, due in “the next few months.â€? I’ve subscribed on behalf of Slaw and when the first issue arrives I’ll either post about it or simply post it.
