Slaw Problems
Slaw is experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment. All of the posts and comments from yesterday are acting coy, but we’re working on teasing them out of hiding. Until things look to be running smoothly again, we’ll likely not make any further posts today.

UPDATE: I’ve reposted the missing entries in the order in which they were originally posted. Apologies to those who follow us on RSS: you’ll be getting these once again in your feed. I’m now working on reposting comments.
UPDATE 2: I’ve now restored the comments. The site appears to be functioning normally, even though we’ve not identified the source of the original problem, and we may resume “regular programming” soon.

Are you using the latest version of WordPress? 2.6.3 I think? Or have you updated to the beta?
No, we’re not up-to-date in our WP version, and that’s clearly something we need to fix. Our hesitation has had to do with plugins that are important for the site but that might not function under later versions. It’s evidently time to straighten that out and eliminate it as a source of the problem.
