Short but helpful reasons were published today by the BC Supreme Court, Victoria Registry, addressing a fact pattern that sometimes arises in litigation involving ICBC. In today’s case (Littlejohn v. Clavelle) the Plaintiff was injured in a collision and sued for damages.
