Robert Diab is a professor in the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops BC. His writing about law and technology has appeared in venues that range from the McGill Law Journal to Tech Policy Press and Newsweek. He continues to be involved in criminal and constitutional litigation with Jensen Law in Kamloops.
