La Cour d’appel refusait il y a quelques jours d’entendre l’appel d’une propriétaire qui a vu sa résidence être ajoutée à l’inventaire patrimonial de la Ville de Laval. Cela confirme le jugement initial de la Cour supérieure et, du même souffle, le processus en place pour protéger les immeubles patrimoniaux. L’histoire débute en 2021, alors que le législateur adopte la Loi modifiant la Loi sur le patrimoine culturel et d’autres dispositions législatives.
