About Heather Gray-Grant

Heather is a business strategist, marketing expert and executive coach who works primarily with small to medium sized law firms. She has been working with lawyers for 27 years, initially in-house with national and regional law firms and now as a consultant. Heather was International President of the Legal Marketing Association in 2003, and a founder and first President of the Vancouver Chapter. In that capacity she assisted with the revision of the Law Society rules on marketing. She has won multiple awards for legal marketing and is a frequent writer and speaker on law firm marketing and strategy. Heather is also a trained mediator/negotiator through the Justice Institute of B.C., and founded (and later transferred the B.C. Children’s Hospital) a charity that brings children to Canada for life saving or life changing surgery. She is certified as a coach through the International Coaching Federation.
