French Law in English… a Blog

French-Law.net is a blog by Nicolas Jondet, a PhD candidate and research assistant with the AHRC Research Centre in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at the University of Edinburgh. He’s also the web manager for the Franco-British Lawyer Society.

Despite its broad name, the blog focuses on IP/IT law.

  1. Thanks. This is most useful. I found another interesting French-law related blog/website http://www.solicitor.fr The site belongs to a Franco-British lawyer that practises French property law. The page http://www.solicitor.fr/resources.html provides plenty of templates, draft contracts etc. that relate to French conveyancing matters.
