Working for Workers Four Act, SO 2024, c 3, Sched 2, s 2(1) (Bill 149), adding a new Part III to the Employment Standards Act 2000, SO 2000, c 41 that includes the following subsection:
s 8.4 (1) Every employer who advertises a publicly advertised job posting and who uses artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants for the position shall include in the posting a statement disclosing the use of the artificial intelligence.
