Paula Bremner practices exclusively in the area of intellectual property. After focusing on pharmaceutical patent and trade-mark litigation for most of her career, Paula now advises on IP strategy in the biotech sector. As Fluidigm IP counsel she supports the mass cytometry and microfluidics technologies. Patents, proteomics and genomics now occupy most of her time. She is a registered patent and trade-mark agent. Paula sits on the patent and competition committees of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
