About Annette Demers

I am a Reference Librarian at Windsor Law. I have life-long interest in access to legal information, including the integrity of legal information services and law librarianship. I also have a unique perspective on the importance of empowering people in the workplace as foundational to excellent customer service. I'm currently interested in how AI developers are building their products for LRW applications.
