Gmail Paper step 3Pour tous les dinosaures qui perdent pieds dans l'environnement virtuel, une solution toute désignée de la part de Google. Google a enfin compris qu'il est impossible de lire en ligne mais surtout que l'archivage se fait beaucoup plus facilement en papier. Ainsi, on nous offre Google Papier(en anglais seulement pour le moment). Ce service vous permet d'imprimer tous vos courriels et de vous les faire livrer dans une belle boîte Gmail, le tout gratuitement évidemment!

Le plus génial est que Google nous propose d'imprimer les pièces jointes aussi! Je vous donne donc mon truc afin d'imprimer à bas prix: dorénavant, je transfère à mon compte Gmail tous les documents que je crée et même ceux que je reçois. En effet, les documents dont j'ai besoin en plusieurs copies (pièces, procédures, autorités, etc.) se multiplient simplement, et gratuitement, en les transmettant plusieurs fois à Google Papier. J'ai réalisé qu'il était plus rentable de numériser mes documents et de les faire imprimer par Gpapier que de les photocopier.

En fait, j'ai même créé un compte Gmail dans lequel j'ai entré comme adresse de livraison celle du palais de justice de Montréal, ce qui m'évite de mandater un huissier pour livrer mes caisses de documents au greffe.

En plus, le papier utilisé par Gpapier est BON pour l'environnement. Comme on le lit sur Gpapier:

Seul le Hummer est plus environnemental que cette initiative avant-gardiste!
