About Sean Vanderfluit

Sean Vanderfluit is currently a Review Officer at WorkSafeBC, adjudicating worker and employer disputes regarding Board compensation decisions. He is a former Legislative Intern in Victoria, which included an assignment with the Ministry of the Attorney General. Sean has worked at the B.C. Supreme Court civil registry in Vancouver, where he was a Deputy District Registrar. He obtained his law degree from UBC and clerked at the B.C. Supreme Court in New Westminster. Prior to joining WorkSafeBC, Sean practised corporate and commercial litigation and employment law at a Vancouver law firm. Sean’s contributions represent his own views and not those of WorkSafeBC.
