Newness

It is somewhat appropriate that my first Slaw post with the new format is on the topic of newness close to home. This can no longer accurately be called news but I wanted to take the opportunity to use this platform to congratulate Anne Matthewman, of the Toronto Lawyers Association (for just a bit longer) on becoming the next Chief Law Librarian at the Sir James Dunn Law Library at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. This is an exciting time at the Schulich School of Law, with a new name, a new dean and now, a new chief law librarian.

Times of great change are often met with some trepidation but I think I can be so bold as to speak for my colleagues in saying that we are excited at the opportunity to work with Anne in the library and in working towards the future at the Schulich School of Law.
