Summary: Craft filed a complaint with the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick, against Fecteau. The Discipline Committee dismissed the complaint. Fecteau’s lawyer sought to make a presentation to the Discipline Committee with respect to recovery of costs, pursuant to s. 16(6) of the College of Psychologists Act.
